Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany

Delivery within Germany is carried out via insured DHL parcel with a tracking number.
The shipping cost is €3.99.

Domestic shipping is free of charge for orders with a total value of €50 or more (incl. VAT).

International Shipping

For international shipping, we charge a flat shipping fee based on weight, starting from €7.99 (incl. VAT) per order.

Delivery Times

Within Germany: Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2 to 3 working days.

International: Delivery takes place within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single parcel, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
