Welcome to our official giveaway!
By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The giveaway is organized by Kassis Geschenkartikel and conducted on our social media channels Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

1. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway begins with the publication of the giveaway video and ends on December 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET).
The winner will be announced on December 18, 2025.

2. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 or over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of Kassis Geschenkartikel, their direct family members, and minors are excluded.

By participating, you accept these terms and conditions fully and unconditionally.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate in the sweepstakes, the following steps must be completed:

• Follow our TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook page

• Like the giveaway video

• Tag a person in the comments under the giveaway post

Multiple comments are allowed, but only one valid entry per account will be counted.
Incorrectly completed or incomplete entries will not be considered.

4. Prize

The following product from our range is up for grabs:

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products.
Alternative or additional prizes are excluded.

5. Winner Determination

The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.
The announcement will be made on December 5, 2025 via a comment or story on our official social media channels.

All decisions of the organizer are final.

6. Prize Claim

The winner must contact us via direct message within 7 days of the announcement.
If no response is received within this period, we reserve the right to draw another person.

Proof of identity or residence may be required before the prize is shipped.

• loss or damage of the prize during shipping outside of our control

No additional personal data is required for participation.
The publicly visible username of the winner may be used for the announcement.

Should personal data be necessary for shipping the prize, it will be used exclusively for shipping purposes, not passed on, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

9. Changes to the Giveaway

Kassis Geschenkartikel reserves the right to adapt, pause, or prematurely terminate the giveaway or the terms and conditions if technical, legal, or other reasons make this necessary.
